Description
The Fluimac Phoenix P400 AODD Pump is an air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pump rated for up to 380 lt/min maximum flow. It is available in multiple casing materials — polypropylene, carbon-filled PVDF, aluminum, and stainless steel — allowing the base pump to be matched to specific chemical compatibility and application requirements.
The pump uses a seal-less, valve-ball design that can run dry without damage, self-prime to 5 m of dry suction lift, and safely deadhead against a closed discharge line. Fluid connections are 1-1/2″ BSPP-DN40 with a 1/2″ BSPP air connection, and the pump is rated for 8 bar max air pressure, an 80 m max delivery head, 9.8 m max wet suction lift, and solids passing up to 8 mm. It handles fluids up to 40,000 cps viscosity at a 78 dB noise level, with a displacement of approximately 1200 cc per stroke.
Each material variant can be configured with different diaphragm, ball, seat, and gasket material combinations for specific chemical compatibility — Autoflo can advise on the correct composition code. An ATEX-certified configuration is also available (II 3/3 G Ex h IIB T4 Gc / II 3 D Ex h IIIB T135°C Dc X) for classified hazardous areas.
