A motor-driven diaphragm pump replaces the solenoid coil with a geared electric motor turning an eccentric cam. The cam drives a connecting rod against a PTFE diaphragm, with a spring returning it on the suction stroke — the same reciprocating principle as a solenoid pump, but built to sustain far higher flow rates and continuous industrial duty cycles. The mechanism sits in an oil-bath aluminium housing for smooth, low-wear operation. Flow is set by adjusting stroke length manually, or automatically via a 4–20 mA signal or inverter for proportional dosing. Industrial and water treatment plants across Malaysia specify these pumps where flow requirements outgrow a solenoid pump's range.
