The AODD pump is one of the most versatile chemical transfer pumps available — but versatility does not mean it is indifferent to what you put through it. The fluid...
Fluimac Phoenix is Autoflo Technology’s AODD pump in Malaysia — self-priming, seal-less, and available in PVDF+CF for strong resistance to acids and high-temperature chemicals, engineered to run quiet with low vibration.
Phoenix is the original Fluimac AODD pump — the range the company was built on, and the platform its other lines are engineered from. It’s a self-priming, seal-less positive displacement pump that dry-runs without damage, handles abrasive and viscous fluids, and safely dead-heads against a closed discharge. Casings are available in PP, Aluminium, SS AISI 316, POMc, and PVDF+CF for strong resistance to acids and high-temperature process chemicals. Phoenix Food and Lotus extend the same platform for hygienic and ultra-pure duty when the application calls for it.
PVDF+CF construction — outstanding resistance to acids and high-temperature process chemicals, with ATEX-certified conductive (KC) versions for hazardous areas
Low noise, low vibration — dual-silencer exhaust design keeps operation as quiet as 62 dB across the Phoenix range
Seal-less, dry-run safe — self-primes to 6 m suction lift and safely dead-heads against a closed discharge without damage
13 sizes, 4–1,050 lt/min — from P4 to P1000, with Phoenix Food and Lotus variants available for hygienic and ultra-pure applications

The core Fluimac AODD range, available in PP, PVDF+CF, Aluminium, SS AISI 316 or POMc for general industrial chemical transfer. Flow rate 4–1,050 lt/min. Models P4 to P1000.

Hygienic version of Phoenix in electro-polished SS AISI 316 with Tri-Clamp connections, for food, beverage and pharmaceutical processing. Flow rate 20–1,000 lt/min.

Pure AODD pump in CNC-machined PTFE, PE or PP for the most aggressive acids, caustics and solvents. Flow rate 10–110 lt/min.

A Fluimac Phoenix AODD Pump model code looks like a random string of letters and numbers at first glance. It isn’t. Every character specifies something — pump series, size, casing...
There is a right way and a wrong way to stop an AODD pump. Most operators discover the wrong way through a diaphragm failure — and because the failure happens...
When an AODD pump stalls for no obvious reason, most people check the air pressure first, then the diaphragms. The component that actually caused the problem — the pneumatic exchanger...
Most people don’t think about diaphragm maintenance until the pump leaks. By that point, the diaphragm has failed and chemical is either in the air circuit or on the floor....
The Fluimac Phoenix and Phoenix FOOD look nearly identical from the outside. Same casing options, same size range, same model numbering structure. The difference is in the materials of the...
