Valve-Free Metering Through a Single Replaceable Hose
The Fluimac Helios AS series moves fluid by compressing a single elastomer hose between a rotating shoe and the pump casing — the fluid never contacts a seal, valve, gland or bearing. That makes it self-priming, safe to run dry or against a closed valve, and tolerant of abrasive, corrosive, viscous and shear-sensitive fluids that would damage conventional pumps. Aluminium alloy casing and rotor, PVC rollers, and a hose selected to match the pumped fluid and duty. Four sizes cover flows from 23 to 1785 L/H, each available with fixed-speed, mechanical-variator or electronic-variator control for stepless in-process adjustment.
