Direct Tank Immersion for Fast Sump and Vessel Emptying
The Fluimac Typhoon series is a fixed-installation vertical pump immersed directly in the tank — no external suction piping or priming required. A flexible, homokinetic coupling transmits rotation from the top-mounted electric motor down the column to the impeller, absorbing peak loads and torsional vibration while compensating for angular and radial misalignment. The same semi-opened impeller as the Dragon series keeps pumping through dirty fluids up to 500 cps, across flow rates from 6 to 40 m³/h and column lengths from 250mm to 1400mm to match tank depth.
