The D90GL05BP MEGAFLOW extends Dosatron's Green Line to very high flow rate dosing, up to 90 m3/h, with no electricity or additional energy required beyond the water flow itself. It is designed to manage network filling phases and restart automatically after supply overflow, suited to field crop irrigation, vegetable production and orchards.
Description
The Dosatron D90GL05BP MEGAFLOW extends Dosatron’s Green Line to very high flow rate dosing, up to 90 m3/h, with no electricity or additional energy required beyond the water flow itself. It is designed to manage network filling phases and restart automatically after supply overflow.
It offers an injection range of 0.1-0.5% (1:1000 to 1:200) across a water flow range of 25-90 m3/h and operating pressure of 0.5-8 bar, with concentrated additive injection of 25-450 l/h and DN 100 DIN ASME flange connections sized for high-flow network piping.
It suits field crop irrigation (drip, pivots, reel machines), vegetable production and orchards. Recommended installation is a full hydraulic bypass with an upstream filter to protect the mechanism and extend service life.
