It delivers real-time detection of bacterial fouling in applications where hygiene standards are critical, such as food and beverage production.
The VARIVENT® Type N connection fits pipes from DN 40 to DN 150. Materials in contact with the process include stainless steel (working electrode and connector), coated titanium (counter electrode), PEEK and an EPDM O-ring. The sensor operates from -10 to +150°C, supporting CIP sanitization cycles, at pressures below 10 bar and conductivity greater than 30 µS/cm. It is powered at 12/24V DC ±20%, 500 mA, and outputs data via 4-20 mA and RS485/MODBUS RTU.
It is suited to food production, mineral water bottling, soft drinks and other hygienic process applications.
