The Fluimac Lotus L10 is an air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pump built from a CNC-machined solid plastic block rather than injection-moulded parts, giving tighter tolerances, reduced vibration, and greater durability. It is designed for highly corrosive, hazardous, or toxic chemicals, including concentrated acids, bases, etching agents, and solvents. Available in PTFE, conductive PTFE, PE, conductive PE, and pure polypropylene, it suits applications from abrasive slurry and sludge transfer to semiconductor wafer chemical treatment.
Description
The Fluimac Lotus L10 is an air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pump built from a CNC-machined solid plastic block rather than injection-moulded parts, giving tighter tolerances, reduced vibration, and greater durability than standard moulded AODD pumps. It is designed for highly corrosive, hazardous, or toxic chemicals, including concentrated acids and bases, etching agents, and solvents.
It is available in PTFE, conductive PTFE, PE, conductive PE, and pure polypropylene, suiting applications from abrasive slurry and sludge transfer to semiconductor wafer chemical treatment. Fluid connections are 3/8″ BSP with a 1/4″ BSP air connection, and the pump is rated for a maximum flow of 24 lt/min at up to 7 bar of air pressure. It delivers a maximum head of 70 m, self-primes to 4 m of dry suction lift, and achieves a wet suction lift of 9.8 m, with maximum solid passing of 3 mm and viscosity handling to 15,000 cps.
Displacement per stroke is approximately 65 cc, and the L10 carries an ATEX rating of II 3/3 G Ex h IIB T4 Gb / II 3 D Ex h IIIB T135°C Db X, supporting its use in classified hazardous areas alongside its chemical-handling capabilities.
