Hygienic clamp-connection biofilm sensor with flat process-facing surface, suited to applications where hygiene is critical.
The Alvim AS11S3 is a hygienic biofilm sensor with a tri-clamp connection (DIN 32676/ISO 2852) and a flat process-facing surface offering high resistance to chemical treatments. It provides real-time detection of bacterial fouling in hygienically sensitive processes such as food and beverage production. It is well suited to plants where a clamp fitting is preferred over a threaded connection.
The Alvim AS11S3 is a hygienic biofilm sensor with a tri-clamp connection (DIN 32676/ISO 2852) and a flat, stainless steel process-facing surface offering high resistance to chemical treatments. It provides real-time detection of bacterial fouling in hygienically sensitive processes such as food and beverage production, and is well suited to plants where a clamp fitting is preferred over a threaded connection.
The 1″-1½” tri-clamp connection allows quick installation and removal for cleaning. Materials in contact with the process include stainless steel (working electrode and fitting), coated titanium (counter electrode) and PEEK. It operates from -10 to +150°C, supporting CIP sanitization cycles, with conductivity greater than 10 µS/cm and pressure determined by the clamp rating. Power is supplied at 12/24V DC ±20%, 500 mA, with data output via 4-20 mA and RS485/MODBUS RTU.
It is suited to food production, mineral water bottling, soft drinks and other hygienic process applications.
The tri-clamp fitting (DIN 32676/ISO 2852) allows quick installation and removal for cleaning, without the need for threaded connections.
A flush stainless steel surface resists chemical treatments and avoids crevices that could harbor bacteria.
Detects the first bacterial layer in hygienically sensitive processes, reporting continuously via 4-20 mA and RS485/MODBUS RTU.
It uses a 1″-1½” tri-clamp connection (DIN 32676/ISO 2852), allowing quick installation and removal for cleaning.
The AS11S3 uses a tri-clamp fitting rather than the VARIVENT® Type N connection, for plants that prefer a clamp fitting over a threaded connection.
It operates from -10 to +150°C, supporting CIP sanitization cycles.
Stainless steel (working electrode and fitting), coated titanium (counter electrode) and PEEK.
CPVC dechlorination sensor measuring Free Chlorine (0.00-5.00ppm) and Sulfite (0.0-100.0ppm) simultaneously, plus pH and temperature. Replaceable front-loading reference electrode, Bluetooth-ready with MA-CR adapter.
Inline digital refractometer measuring refractive index, %BRIX, and both mono-ethylene and mono-propylene glycol concentration in one sensor. Suited to closed-loop glycol systems, sugar process monitoring, and data centre cooling loops.
Compact dual-channel controller for pH and ORP monitoring with direct pulse output to dosing pumps.
PVDF injection quill with integral non-return valve for safe chemical injection into pressurised pipelines.
