Description
The Fluimac Phoenix Food PF35 is an air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pump built in electro-polished 316 stainless steel with Tri-Clamp connections, designed for food, beverage, and hygienic process transfer applications. It is FDA-compliant and shares the seal-less, dry-run-safe, self-priming design used across the standard Phoenix range.
Fluid connections are 1″ Tri-Clamp DN 1″ BS 4825 with a 6mm air connection, and the pump is rated for a maximum flow of 35 lt/min at up to 7 bar of air pressure. It delivers a maximum head of 70 m, self-primes to 5 m of dry suction lift, and achieves a wet suction lift of 9.8 m. Maximum solid passing is 3 mm, noise level is 65 dB, and it can handle fluids up to 15,000 cps in viscosity; displacement per stroke is approximately 65 cc.
The PF35 carries an ATEX rating of II 3/3 G Ex h IIC T4 Gc / II 3 D Ex h IIIB T135°C Dc X, offering higher throughput than the PF20 for larger hygienic transfer duties within the Phoenix Food range.
