Every stroke of an AODD pump delivers a discrete pulse of fluid. This is not a defect — it is the fundamental operating principle of any positive displacement pump. But...
Electromechanical diaphragm metering pumps for higher flow rates and heavy-duty continuous service — a geared motor drives an eccentric cam against a PTFE diaphragm for reliable, spring-return dosing. Built for industrial and water treatment sites across Malaysia.
A motor-driven diaphragm pump replaces the solenoid coil with a geared electric motor turning an eccentric cam. The cam drives a connecting rod against a PTFE diaphragm, with a spring returning it on the suction stroke — the same reciprocating principle as a solenoid pump, but built to sustain far higher flow rates and continuous industrial duty cycles. The mechanism sits in an oil-bath aluminium housing for smooth, low-wear operation. Flow is set by adjusting stroke length manually, or automatically via a 4–20 mA signal or inverter for proportional dosing. Industrial and water treatment plants across Malaysia specify these pumps where flow requirements outgrow a solenoid pump's range.
Motor-driven eccentric cam — a geared electric motor replaces the solenoid coil, in an oil-bath housing for continuous duty
PTFE diaphragm, spring return — no seals in contact with the chemical, rated for long service life
Higher flow, higher pressure — flow rates up to 2,300 l/h, well beyond typical solenoid pump range
Manual or proportional dosing — stroke length dial for constant flow, or 4–20 mA/inverter servo control for automated dosing

Eccentric-cam diaphragm pump with spring return, housed in an oil-bath aluminium casing. Flow rates up to 1,200 l/h at pressures to 16 bar. Manual stroke adjustment, or remote control via 4–20 mA signal or inverter.

Compact direct-diaphragm pump in a spring-return, polypropylene-cased design. Flow rates from 10 to 120 l/h at pressures up to 5 bar, available in single- or three-phase motor.
Compact, robust multi-reagent pumps with a variable eccentric system that minimises pulsation and shock. Rated for continuous duty and safe dry-running. TMP1 up to 530 l/h at 12 bar; TMP2 up to 2,300 l/h at 10 bar.

In a wastewater treatment plant, a motor-driven dosing pump is commissioned, calibrated, and signed off. Six months later, the effluent discharge readings are inconsistent. The process team increases the chemical...
A dosing pump specified to ±1% accuracy can deliver poor process results if the injection point is wrong. The pump delivers the correct volume. The chemical does not reach the...
Most engineers size a metering pump based on two things: the required flow rate and the discharge pressure. These are the right starting points. But for viscous chemicals, there is...
Chemical compatibility charts give you a starting point. They do not tell you whether your specific system will fail. The chart says EPDM is compatible with 30% sulphuric acid —...
