Description
The Fluimac Phoenix Food PF20 is an air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pump built in electro-polished 316 stainless steel with Tri-Clamp connections, designed for food, beverage, and hygienic process transfer applications. It is FDA-compliant and shares the seal-less, dry-run-safe, self-priming design used across the standard Phoenix range.
Fluid connections are 3/4″ Tri-Clamp DN 3/4″ BS 4825 with a 6mm air connection, and the pump is rated for a maximum flow of 20 lt/min at up to 7 bar of air pressure. It delivers a maximum head of 70 m, self-primes to 5 m of dry suction lift, and can achieve a wet suction lift of 9.8 m. Maximum solid passing is 2.5 mm, with a noise level of 65 dB and viscosity handling to 10,000 cps; displacement per stroke is approximately 30 cc.
The PF20 carries an ATEX rating of II 3/3 G Ex h IIC T4 Gc / II 3 D Ex h IIIB T135°C Dc X, and its smaller displacement and flow rate suit it to lower-volume hygienic transfer duties compared to the larger pumps in the Phoenix Food range.
