INDUSTRIAL WASTEWATER TREATMENT

Industrial wastewater treatment describes the process of treating wastewater from industrial processes before releasing it into the environment. 

Commonly, a combination of chemicals are used for wastewater treatment; chlorine for disinfection, acid or alkaline for pH control, and polymers such as Polyaluminum Chloride (PAC) as a coagulant to name a few. Key parameters such as pH, ORP (oxidation-reduction potential), chlorine, turbidity (clarity of the liquid), dissolved oxygen also need to be monitored and maintained.

For industrial wastewater treatment, we have solutions for various aspects of the field. Our water treatment controller provides real-time monitoring of pH, ORP, chlorine, turbidity, dissolved oxygen; while our metering pumps inject precise doses of chlorine, acid, alkaline, polymer, coagulant, PAC and other chemicals as needed. We also offer Polymer Preparation Units for preparation of powdered polymers or Dosatron for preparation of liquid polymers.
