Thermoplastic Centrifugal Pump
Peristaltic Pumps
At Autoflo Technology, lies in designing irrigation and fertigation systems in Malaysia that bring industrial-level precision to the field. From water flow to fertiliser mixing, we help growers shift from labour-intensive routines to automated and reliable systems that scale.
As a company involved in the manufacturing sector, we treat agriculture this way: a process defined by inputs, monitored by data, and run on engineered flow. Our goal is to industrialise the agriculture sector in Malaysia. We want to help farmers build farms that are investor-ready, less dependent on labour, and built to deliver higher yield with lower variability.
We build our fertigation system in Malaysia to control the flow, timing, and concentration of nutrients. With accuracy that removes guesswork, we ensure uniform plant health across entire farm. Whether it’s a 5-acre chili farm or a 130-acre durian plantation, we deliver repeatable, consistent dosing. Integrated with water management and optional climate automation, our solutions give modern farmers full control over their growing environment.
Scalability and Investibility
In today’s high-stakes agricultural landscape, only systems designed for flow, scalability and investibility will survive. How many farms can you run at the same time given the system and process that you have? How much money would you be willing to put into a farm that has your farm’s system and process?
Autoflo Technology is here to build a system that answers those questions confidently. And we have been building them since 2005. Let us build it for you too.
We provide best-in-class irrigation and fertigation system in Malaysia. This includes the Dosatron water-powered fertiliser injectors, automatic nutrient dosing systems for hydroponic, pH/EC monitoring, and turnkey drip and sprinkler fertigation system. We engineer every solution for precision, compatibility, and field durability.
Modern chili farms that require precise and repeatable nutrient delivery typically use drip fertigation systems in Malaysia. In this setup, irrigation water is distributed through drip lines directly to the root zone, while fertilizers are injected into the water stream at controlled ratios.
Automation is achieved by using a fertiliser injector that proportionally mixes fertilizer into the irrigation flow. This ensures every plant receives the same nutrient concentration, reduces labour, minimizes wastage, and improves crop uniformity compared to manual mixing or broadcasting.
Yes. Dosatron has been widely used in drip fertigation systems in Malaysia since the mid‑2000s, covering crops such as chili, vegetables, fruits, and cash crops.
Dosatron is especially suitable for once-through irrigation systems like drip or sprinkler fertigation. The reason is it operates purely on water flow—without the need for electricity, controllers, or sensors—to achieve accurate fertiliser concentration. Fertiliser is injected only when irrigation water is flowing, which helps reduce the need for large premix tanks and ensures fertilisers are always freshly diluted at the point of use.
“Best” depends on the farm’s priorities.
If the objective is basic nutrient delivery at the lowest cost, and accuracy or consistency is not critical, a simple venturi injector may be sufficient. However, venturi systems are highly dependent on pressure conditions and often lack dosing precision.
For farms where consistency, control, and repeatability are important—especially at scale—a Dosatron water-powered dosing system is generally the better choice. It delivers stable, flow-proportional dosing regardless of pressure fluctuations, making it more suitable for long-term orchard management and scalable operations.
Fertigation is typically a once-through system, where fertilizer is injected into irrigation water and delivered directly to the plant’s root zone without recirculation. Nutrient concentration must be correct at the point of injection, as the solution exits the system immediately after delivery.
Hydroponic dosing, on the other hand, can be either:
Once-through, similar to fertigation but without soil, or
Recirculating, where the nutrient solution is reused and continuously adjusted.
In recirculating hydroponic systems, parameters such as EC and pH are constantly monitored and corrected to maintain stable nutrient conditions throughout operation, requiring more active control compared to standard fertigation.
No, they are not the same.
A venturi injector relies on pressure differential to create suction that draws fertilizer into the irrigation line. It has no moving parts, but its dosing accuracy is highly affected by pressure and flow fluctuation, making accuracy inconsistent.
In contrast, a Dosatron injector is a water-powered, non-electric dosing pump. It uses the flow of water to drive a piston and injects fertilizer at a fixed ratio. Therefore, regardless of pressure or flow changes, it delivers proportional and repeatable dosing, making it ideal for precision fertigation, hydroponics, and chemical dosing applications.
In short: venturi injectors are simple suction devices, while Dosatron is a metering pump designed for consistent and accurate dosing.
